【摘要】:ThisGuidegivesstatisticalprinciplestoassistintheunderstandinganddevelopmentofvalidmethodstoassignvaluestopropertiesofareferencematerial,includingtheevaluationoftheirassociateduncertainty,andestablishtheirmetrologicaltraceability.Referencematerials(RMs)thatundergoallstepsdescribedinthisGuideareusuallyaccompaniedbyacertificateandcalledacertifiedreferencematerial(CRM).ThisGuidewillbeusefulinestablishingthefullpotentialofCRMsasaidstoensurethecomparability,accuracyandcompatibilityofmeasurementresultsonanationalorinternationalscale.Inordertobecomparableacrossbordersandovertime,measurementsneedbetraceabletoappropriateandstatedreferences.CRMsplayakeyroleinimplementingtheconceptoftraceabilityofmeasurementresultsinchemistry,biologyandphysicsamongothersciencesdealingwithmaterialsand/orsamples.LaboratoriesusetheseCRMsasreadilyaccessiblemeasurementstandardstoestablishtraceabilityoftheirmeasurementresultstointernationalstandards.ThepropertyvaluescarriedbyaCRMcanbemadetraceabletoSIunitsorotherinternationallyagreedunitsduringproduction.ThisGuideexplainshowmethodscanbedevelopedthatwillleadtowellestablishedpropertyvalues,whicharemadetraceabletoappropriatestatedreferences.Itcoversaverywiderangeofmaterials(matrices),rangingfromgasmixturestobiologicalmaterials,andaverywiderangeofproperties,rangingfromchemicalcompositiontophysicalandimmunoassayproperties.TheapproachesdescribedinthisGuidearenotintendedtobecomprehensiveineveryrespectoftheproductionofanRMandtheestablishmentofitspropertyvalues,includingtheassociateduncertainties.TheapproachesgiveninthisGuidecanberegardedasmainstreamapproachesfortheproductionandvalueassignmentoflargegroupsofRMs,butappropriateamendmentscanbeneededinaparticularcase.Thestatisticalmethodsdescribedexemplifytheoutlinedapproaches,andassume,e.g.,normallydistributeddata.Inparticularwhendataaredefinitelynotnormallydistributed,otherstatisticalmethodsmaybepreferredtoobtainvalidpropertyvaluesandassociateduncertainties.ThisGuidedescribesingeneraltermsthedesignofprojectstoproduceaCRM.
