【摘要】:1ThisPart2ofthisEuropeanStandardsetsoutanumberingsystem,referredtoassteelnumbers,forthedesignationofsteelgrades.Itdealswiththestructureofsteelnumbersandtheorganizationfortheirregistration,allocationanddissemination.SuchsteelnumbersarecomplementarytosteelnamessetoutinEN10027-1.ApplicationofthisPart2oftheEuropeanStandardisobligatoryforsteelsspecifiedinEuropeanStandards.Applicationisoptionalfornationalsteelsandproprietarysteels.NOTE.Althoughthescopeofthesystemislimitedtosteelitisstructuredsoastobecapableofbeingextendedtoincludeotherindustriallyproducedmaterials.2Steelnumbersestablishedaccordingtothissystemhaveafixednumberofdigits(seeclause5).TheyarebettersuitedfordataprocessingthansteelnamesestablishedaccordingtoEN10027-1.3ForsteelsspecifiedinEuropeanStandardstheapplicationforallocationofsteelnumbers(seeA.6toA.9)istheresponsibilityoftheECISSTechnicalCommitteeconcerned.Fornationalsteelgradestheresponsibilityisthatofthenationalcompetentbody.NOTE.ApplicationsfromEuropeanorganizationshavingaspecificinterestinthestandardizationofsteelandsteelproducts,e.g.AECMA,EUROFERaresubmittedviatheECISSCentralSecretariat(seeA.9).
