【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationgivesguidancetofollow,asaminimum,inordertoassessthefeasibilityofextendingtheservicelifeofapipelinesystem,asdefinedinISO13623,beyonditsspecifieddesignlife.Pumpstations,compressorstations,pressure-reductionstationsanddepotsarenotspecificallyaddressedinthisTechnicalSpecification,asshowninFigure1.ThisTechnicalSpecificationappliestorigidmetallicpipelines.Itisnotapplicabletothefollowing:-flexiblepipelines;-pipelinesconstructedfromothermaterials,suchasglassreinforcedplastics;-umbilicals;-topsidesequipment;-structuresandstructuralcomponents.ThisTechnicalSpecificationislimitedtolifeextension,whichisanexampleofachangetotheoriginaldesign.Otherchanges,suchasMAOPup-ratings,areexcluded.NOTETheassessmentmethodologyisapplicabletootherchangestothedesignatthediscretionoftheuser.
