【摘要】:ThisPartofIEC61131appliestoprogrammablecontrollers(PLC)andtheirassociatedperi-pheralssuchasprogramminganddebuggingtools(PADTs),human-machineinterfaces(HMIs),etc.,whichhaveastheirintendedusethecontrolandcommandofmachinesandindustrialprocesses.PLCsandtheirassociatedperipheralsareintendedtobeusedinanindustrialenvironmentandmaybeprovidedasopenorenclosedequipment.IfaPLCoritsassociatedperipheralsareintendedforuseinotherenvironments,thenthespecificrequirements,standardsandinstallationpracticesforthoseotherenvironmentsmustbeadditionallyappliedtothePLCanditsassociatedperipherals.Thefunctionalityofaprogrammablecontrollercanbeperformedaswellonaspecifichardwareandsoftwareplatformasonageneral-purposecomputerorapersonalcomputerwithindustrialenvironmentfeatures.ThisstandardappliestoanyproductsperformingthefunctionofPLCsand/ortheirassociatedperipherals.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththefunctionalsafetyorotheraspectsoftheoverallautomatedsystem.PLCs,theirapplicationprogrammeandtheirassociatedperipheralsareconsideredascomponentsofacontrolsystem.SincePLCsarecomponentdevices,safetyconsiderationsfortheoverallautomatedsystemincludinginstallationandapplicationarebeyondthescopeofthisPart.However,PLCsafetyasrelatedtoelectricshockandfirehazards,electricalinterferenceimmunityanderrordetectingofthePLC-systemoperation(suchastheuseofparitychecking,self-testingdiagnostics,etc.),areaddressed.RefertoIEC60364orapplicablenational/localregulationsforelectricalinstal-lationandguidelines.ThisPartofIEC61131givesthedefinitionsoftermsusedinthisstandard.Itidentifiestheprincipalfunctionalcharacteristicsofprogrammablecontrollersystems.
